There is an unique thing happen when we are doing this project.
When its starting for the renovation after we finished the design, and all the stuff thats need it for quick start working have been completely available on the field, suddenly the owner residing in precise beside this our project comes to meet us.

After an hour conversation this owner become our client.
Thats very amazing….. We get two project, one we have it with a little bit struggle, and this one … well , it’s just get one hour … only one hour and thats it… he become our the quickest client.
And till now… this amazing client is the only quickest client we get .

There is no much different for the 2nd planning interior space regarding for the 1st client we just done for him.
So, for this post I just only get the 1st planing space plan to put in.
So far… I am still collecting for this interior picture and few days more hope I can upload to this post.

The different with the both project is more oriented for each front view.
1st client more likely to still keep for the original design which come from the developer.
But the 2nd client want to get more unique facade, and we give him design with minimalist style.

At the first time we do meeting with this owner, the initially plan was that this house peculiarly in designing as wedding gift for his belove child . But unfortunately cause of some case, the 1st owner do not continue this project, and sold it away.

But the good thing is, the 2nd owner still continually using our design , although she get some revise and not much at all.
The main concept is still coming with our first idea.

Well… This one is good design, and I think this be great for me to put it on the review,
So I can have your comment about this particular design for me.

My Client come with the ideas, that’s they want to have a little bid bigger space for the main entrance.
And the main entrance door must be unique with have some angle that’s they believe can get more fortune for heir life and business.
Well we call is Feng Shui.

Although I do not believe it at all, but as my client and the owner of this house, of course they get the best I can do for them. And what the main thing that’s they like to have we design it and in the end the last results must come with the comfort as a priority , off course with the beauty space within.
For the facade we give soft Grey color and some local stone from Java island to the main gate on the 1st floor.

If you can look at the center space that’s we have create it, it’s almost look like two hands huddling up whosoever which to come. Thats means like huddling up the fortune. It’s quite unique.
The stairs on one side is assume like one arm and the other one on other side we create it with some furniture design.

Placing for master bathroom is quite unique. Because of Feng Shui that’s they believe it so much, we must put this bathroom in around the center line of the second floor.
Thats very quite difficult, I have to manage the main structure from the 1st structure thats have been come from the developer.
There is a problem for air circulation for this bathroom. We solved it with an air circulation hole on the ceiling precisely above the shower area.
Here is detail floor plan design for this master bathroom.

Part 4 - Choosing Furniture

1. The most basic of all good styling is of course to cater for sufficient shelves and storage to keep away the mess. If you have plenty of collectibles, cater display shelves to display them in the most organized and gracious manner.
2. For fabric sofas or seat covers, it is always safer to opt for the plains with textures. Stripes are pretty formal while floras may appear old-fashioned and too dominating when applied in quantity.
3. Use related colors, similar wood or fabric tones, etc. to blend the different element (i. e. flooring, furniture, upholsteries, etc.) together in a room.
4. Avoid too much contrast in colors and tones between the furniture and the floor and the walls especially if there is a space constraint. They should ideally blend subtly for a sense of sparsity.
5. Do not put too many timbers of different hues together. Do not mix dark wood tones like Wenge with birch or light oak, or golden-toned maple with red timbers or brownish woods. This applies to timber flooring, too.
6. A three-seater sofa rarely accommodates three people comfortably; a two-and-a-half seater will make a more practical choice or try ordering a three-seater but have it made-up with two-seat cushions.
7. Consider access to the house when ordering furniture. Bulky pieces that cannot be knocked down should be delivered in advance prior to the installation of dividers at the entrances to avoid removal and reinstallation headaches!
8. Sofas covered in faux suede (a stain-resistant fabric) material is itself an indication of modern age whereas leather and fabrics are easy matches with the latter preferred for classical settings.
9. ‘’ Free wheelies ‘’ – side-tables, chairs, mini consoles and other furniture with wheels win versatility in appearances for contemporary settings.
10. Silky fabrics and carved teak furniture in brownish hues are perfect indications of Balinese styling and a twist for reddish to black wood hues will present a Chinese antique setting.
11. Search second-hand stores for some inspiring finds at very reasonable prices if you are trying to enact a scene of a particular age or looking for pieces to enhance a global style or shabby chic interior.
12. Kitchen wall units that extend all the way up to the ceiling will eliminate an obvious dust trap with extra long-term storage.

Part 3 - Flooring

1. Plain concrete slab floors; sealed and polished are versatile and inexpensive choices if you want an international flavor or contemporary styling.
2. Laminates or resilient flooring is a softer choice to stones or ceramic floorings with choices that appears like parquet to marble. Comparably much cheaper than real parquet, these floorings are most desired for their flexibility to cover over existing floorings instead of major hacking and re-tiling works.
3. Raised - platforms are sensational styling effects – adding warmth, homeliness and opulence with the rich grains that blends easily on any hard flooring. Now, new options of solid surfacing materials in high-gloss are making its headway for futuristic charm!
4. Large polished homogeneous tiles in monotones are one of the in-things now for living and dining areas. Its high-gloss and reflective surfaces suggest sheer opulence at a cost that is much easier on the pocket as compared to marble and granites.
5. Mosaics add visual interests and a cheerful mood for floorings or as highlights on the kitchen and bathroom walls. Gaining its popularity especially in the bathrooms, these tiny tiles are making a tremendous comeback with more varieties in colors and the versatility to create interesting motifs when arranged creatively.
6. Ornamental tempered glasses are available in a wide variety of colors, textures and sizes. You can literally walk on the thicker ones safely. Use them to decorate your foyer landing or footpath or even create a platform for electric dining experiences!
7. Incorporate a bed of pebbles and ornate seashells and starfish, etc. or simply display some artificial floras or artwork beneath temper-proof glass casing in the raised platform as design accents and you can achieve aesthetics without additional fittings!
8. Try out some chrome colors with vinyl flooring. Now available in new formulation that are resistant to most household stains and does not warp nor chip with more than ten years guarantee.
